This is a fun scrapbooking technique. Using Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist sprays and screens (stencils) create a fun spray paint effect while also masking the paper below to create a stenciled or masked effect. These are acid free and scrapbooking safe.
You will need at least one bottle of Glimmer Mist spray, Glimmer Mist screens and some paper to practice on. If you have plastic stencils at home those may be used in place of the glimmer mist screens. I would recommend at least one color spray and one metallic spray to start. I also use mini mist bottles by Ranger instead of the Glimmer Mist bottles. They have a finer mist, just make sure you shake the bottle well before pouring your Glimmer Mist into the smaller bottle. I also label mine for easy reference.

Put your screen or stencil on the paper. Spray your first color. Then add additional colors as desired.

Remove the plastic screen or stencil and let the image dry.

Optionally you can add glitter, perfect pearls or other embellishments. In this example the embellishment added to the butterfly was Queen & Co. pearls.
