The web is full of free digital scrapbooking supplies, if you know where to look. From single scrapbook paper and embellishment designs to entire packages of coordinated digital images, artists all over the web have been working hard to help enhance your scrapbooking experience.
You'll find many of the images are for personal use only, although if an image is clearly marked as being in the public domain or available for commercial use, you usually can use it in whatever way you like.
