Fall Scrapbooking

I love Fall scrapbooking! It is my favorite time of the year. (Maybe I am biased since my name is Autumn) I love the turning leaves and the brilliant colors. I try to reflect that love and color into my scrapbooking this time of year.

Try to capture the colors of the season in your pictures. Use lots of natural light and take photos outside whenever you can. When you work on layouts use the oranges, golds and browns to capture the colors in your pictures and use embellishments you created.

Want free embellishments for your scrapbooking? Save ticket stubs and brochures which can often be used as embellishments. I always save everything until after I finished my layout, that way I have it to use if I want to. Slip them into a resealable envelope for safe keeping.
